Deciding between two roles

Option 1

Pros- Better name recognition for future movement; better commute (25 minutes door to door on PT)

Cons- Can already foresee a fair bit of micro managing. On paper 2 days WFH but some offhand comments in the interview popped up some red flags.

Option 2

Pros- MASSIVE clients so the experience would be invaluable; Everyone working there seemed much more friendly and easy going - Instantly clicked with everyone I met. 2 days WFH ongoing. No question about it.

Cons- Very small. How they are handling such massive clients with such little workforce is a little bewildering so worried about unrealistic expectations. Didn’t get the overworked under appreciated vibe but my brain just can’t compute the size of clients with the size of the team. Also, Commute is 45 minutes door to door.

Same salary. Which would you pick?

Did Dr Baran Al Hashimi intentionally lie about the number or did I misunderstand the second scene listed below?

Can anyone suggest a scene from a show or movie where the vocal cord tension while trying to speak is as realistic as Noah Wyle’s in the season 2 finale of The Pitt? I couldn’t recall any and I have just realised it’s my favourite genre of acting!

Can anyone remember a scene from a show or movie where the vocal cord tension is as realistic or better? I honestly can’t. Noah Wyle’s performance was just sublime!
