I’m not really sure what happens, but if anybody has any advice as to why my printer stopped or isn’t printing out black or yellow things in advance and please let me know

I hope I’m explaining the situation correctly and I’m hoping that somebody here could help. I’m printing a floor rack design. I’m using a Mimaki UCJV printer 300– 160 currently when I put my design into roster link it looks good, but when I zoom in to make sure it doesn’t look pixelated it looks extremely blurry. I tried factorizing the file with just made everything look extremely blocky and didn’t look nothing like the original photo. Has anyone dealt with this before and does anybody know how to fix it?
