Fibre cable cut.
Where do I start. Having work done outside side the house and guy went straight through the fibre cable with his spade. The cable was barely buried - Not even an inch deep.
Ive called Virgin Media and the offshore advisor found a slot for tomorrow. But I am not hopeful it will be resolved tomorrow and will probably require the construction team back out to re blow a fibre cable through and re fit the conduit.
