How long does it take to go to 601-603 in the product space?

I was a product manager at another large bank and was being treated horrible. Literally doing the work of a product manager, product owner, and product analyst. I came to JPMC in a product role but as a CTH. I wanted out of my bad situation, plus the contract paid slightly better.
Long story short I was hired in as FTE but as a 601 which I personally don’t care about title as long as I’m paid correctly. I took a small hit on the conversion but I have job security, plus I don’t want to go back on another contract too much of a hassle.
I already know I have the skill set and management skills to be above a 601. The only difference that really separates me and a 603 now is the domain knowledge.
Is it possible to go to 601-603 and how long would it possibly take if someone is a very higher performance and well respected.
