Prelief didn’t work for me

I was recommended to try these over-the-counter pills by another thread here. I took two before having a cup of coffee in the morning and have given it a few tries. But it has seemed to make a zero difference for me, unfortunately. Am I doing something wrong?

I've tried a few meds. Played around with coffee, decaf, tea, dandelion tea, etc. I really hoped that I'd still be able to have some coffee while on Gemtesa and have a normal pee routine. I don't NEED caffeine, but I love the morning routine. Drinking coffee in the morning is definitely better with the medication but I really wish I could be "normal" (maybe a coffee in the morning, a chai or matcha in the afternoon sometimes) and still go a normal amount. Has anyone been able to have their ideal caffeine situation once they were on a medication? I know I could "just" finally kick caffeine out for good, but I really don't want to. But I also don't want to take a medication forever...

EDIT: What I meant to say was, I had hoped with being on Gemtesa, that I could drink caffeine and have a normal bathroom routine. I pee less with Gemtesa when I drink caffeine, but not the lesser amount I'd go without drinking caffeine at all. I don't want to give up caffeine altogether, but I really wish I didn't have to think about my bladder all the time.
