What is the general process of retracting my home address from japan? I would like to transfer my home address from tokyo to a different country (Philippines). I am told by search engines that I should apply for removal of my address in the city hall that i am registered to before flying to the Philippines because if I don't, my taxes, insurances, and pension fee will accumulate and I'll have problems with Japan in the future.
