Currently Living in Balaji Homes, Sector 48

I do job in Sector 48 - the office is within walking distance
Wife do in Sector 20 - daily travel 15 km | 5-7K Monthly

Looking for 1 BHK (with at least AC, fridge, Bed ) within budget and travel cost for both should be 5K Monthly (Auto)

I am confused which sector will be best for both of us based on less traffic, easy to commute, and within budget.

I also bought a housing app paid subscription but most of the listings are fake and brokers are not trustworthy.

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
