Me and my husband are considering buying a 4BHK villa in The Empyrean (near Chikka Tirupati). The quote we’re getting is around 1.6–1.7 Cr for an older villa.Location feels quite far / slightly isolated from main Bangalore.I’ve seen mixed reviews online about construction quality and maintenance.This opportunity came through family network (so not worried about paper works). Does anyone have idea about current villa prices there (recent transactions/resale trends)? Trying to understand if this is a genuine opportunity or just FOMO because it’s easily available. Would really appreciate honest feedback, especially from current residents or people who evaluated this project.
