I’m 10 days post wisdom teeth extraction. And starting day 7 I started syringing my holes and noticed exposed bone extending from my extraction hole. I however dont have any excruciating pain or foul odor as one would get from a dry socket. I called the oral surgeon office and they said it was normal and not to worry and that I didn’t need a follow up. I just don’t know if I should push to get it checked or not. Let me know what y’all think.

As a side note, I have numbness in my bottom chin, lip and teeth from what I suspect is a damaged nerve. I am slowly gaining feeling again though.
