About 6 weeks ago I started on my hearing aid journey. Overall, it’s been positive and definitely improved my quality of life. I’m pretty happy with my choice of Starkey Omegas but since the last update on the app I am constantly having one side or the other become disconnected.

Returning them to the charger does reset them and resolve the issue, and I’m ordering the on board battery charger so I can carry it with me, but it’s been a serious pain to have one side drop unexpectedly.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue or is it more local to me? Appreciate any other experiences as I try and decide what to do about it!
