i can SEE my dr when i sleep but i get stuck??

i’ll try to make this short.

so basically, the most common method that I use is like falling asleep and setting an intention or like trying to shift awake with meditating and using like sats. Because I don’t lucid dream that often anymore, and even when I do reality checks and all that stuff like usually when I try and lucid dream, I just wake up another dream or wake up fr. so if there’s any methods that you swear by please tell me because I also have this problem where I’m holding myself back because of the uncertainty of how it might feel like to shift itself not the reality I guess??

anyways, the first time I ever shifted was when I took a nap and I just like woke up in an alternate reality and I guess that’s what works for me the best? but these past two times that I’ve tried, it was basically what I would imagine the void to be I think? But it was like fully black and chill. I was lucid and I basically started seeing tunnel vision. and from far away it’s a little circle of my DR coming towards me. I would like try to jump out of my body into the circle? Kind of using it as a portal but the second time, I was just kept affirming because I don’t wanna force it so please tell me if anyone else has experienced this because I can see it and it’s right there but like I don’t know how to get there you know?

I use self-concept and affirmations all the time, but I usually don’t try to shift because I’m lazy to sometimes and I’m just like scared?? But the first time I shifted was on accident.
