I spend like an hour a day on growth. I was told my another founder minimum 6 to 8 hours a day is expected.

So my thoughts is. What the hell am I meant to be doing for 6 to 8 hours a day?

All I can think of is searching socials for keywords. And messaging ideal clients.

This is my first time as a founder. And growth is very slow.

Because it's my first time as a founder. I genuinely can't tell if I'm not doing enough or if I'm working on the wrong stuff.

My product clearly has market fit as there are established competitors.

Here's my questions

1 - How many hours a day should I put into driving growth. Currently I spend 1 hour a day on growth

2 - What should I be focusing on

I have 20 users.
