When and why do you stop
Hi, i just did my first 1k had a 11/pace (i know its not good but i tried to stick to zone 2) even tho i wanted to stick to zone 2 my HR went up to 185bpm my lungs were burning and my calves were pumped af, is this normal for everyone at a certain point? Like i had to stop cause i couldnt breathe anymore and my foot wont get up anymore due to my calves.
Any recommendations?
