I downloaded escape dead island. after the beginning of the story at the point where the redhead girl get abducted into my friend tries to go to the marina. I entered a weird tunnel so I can find loot, after a few hours of gameplay without having experienced anything I am at this weird underwater chamber. It got sealed and initiated a self-destruction thing. Is this the endgame did I just by mistake ruined my experience?

I bought the game a bit back. I just started playing and I have about five hours in. After the part where the red hair girl is being kidnapped by the monster I decided to enter an underground banker near location, six on the map. The problem is that it’s massive and I’m not that well equipped to go through it. Am I on the wrong path?
