Background Check

I was put on PIP by company A(big4), I resigned, and it was smooth exit. Will this company mark me as ineligible for rehire? Will this affect my future offers and Background checks?

Background check

I was put on PIP by my previous employer, one of the big four. However, I have resigned without a job offer before they could remove me on the basis of PIP failure. I have started applying for new jobs. My question is in case if I accept an offer from a company in the near future, it is obvious that they will conduct a background check. Will the new company find out about my PIP and whether this could affect my offer?

Interview prep

I have an interview scheduled at one of the big FOUR for a consultant position. I’ve got four years of work experience, focusing mainly on web mobile android in particular and API pen testing

What can I expect in the interviews? I mean, what type of questions will I be asked? Additionally, if I manage to clear the first round, what to expect in the second round.

Please do share insights and preparation strategies

Comment only if you are a consultant or a security engineer with more than four years of work experience. Others, please do not spam this post.by unnecessary questions and doubts.

So here’s my story, I work at a big four in a consulting practice. I was given a four rating despite doing great work and eventually was put on PIP. Because my rating was low, I was not given any salary hike. However, I was complaint and did the bare minimum to just kill the days in the company. Sadly, I resigned without any offer in my hand, and even before my current employer made any decision on my PIP. I am currently unemployed, actively looking for jobs. My question to the community is in the near future while negotiating salary with the HR. Do they ask for previous year’s increment letter? I do not have it because I was not given any like I mentioned before. How do I handle this situation in case the new HR asks for increment letter
