I have alexa pod and I've connected to my phone it worked well but i asked for update and ever since it stuck on this orange light going right and left, now i tried resetting but when i reconnect it backs to update automatically and I've left it for more than hour and still same issue, any tips ?

Hello everyone, i have imou ranger 2 that i bought second hand earlier and whenever it works the view of the camera looks like burned image or sometimes full black or purple screen viewing, I've tried reset and clean and everything possible still same issue now sometimes the camera works completely fine and normal but when it restart the issue happened again, could it be software issue or hardware?
