I'm getting ready to address my D1 BER with hopefully an easy ish crawlspace insulation job. Spray foam doesn't appear to an option, no installers near me (Donegal) with time to do small jobs. Any recommendations for roll out insulation or blown-in fibre? I say blown-in but I'll likely be manually shifting it around.

*The block wall was is not external, add on room beyond it.
