First Time on a Carnival Ride in Decades.
That's me with my hands up. I had surgery 2.5 years ago. I looked at the seat and thought there's no way I will fit, but I did, with room, and it was glorious.

Good Job Rockvillians
I just want to say good job to 90% of you who did a great job with the youth at the show today. During Spineshank I saw several of you step up and protect the youngens who were learning how to mosh. At Nonpoint a bunch of you took care of a teen girl and a 12 something y/o boy crowd surf.
Other than the one asshole during Offspring who intentionally let a kid drop and bragged about it, you all were awesome!!
You give festivals a good name!!!!!

I am just at 2.5 years after RNY and feel like I am spending a small mint on vitamins.
I would love to know what you all are taking.
Right now I take a bari multivitamin before breakfast, a vitamin B gummy, 2 calcium chews, one at lunch and one at dinner, a b complex after dinner. On Mon, Wed, and Friday I also take vitamin A.
