Just need to vent frustration with D336 ITIL course and Instructor
Not sure if anyone has dealt with this, but when I first scheduled my exam, the time zone was wrong and I had to take my exam within the hour! I was not prepared so I failed by one question.
I told the instructor this, and that I even called People Cert’s support like and the representative couldn’t figure out the time zone thing either.
I asked the instructor if I could get an extra voucher if I needed it, and she completely disregarded my question. Not only that, she told me to do a bunch of coursework before I could get approval again. I finished last term with retrying- and kept moving forward with other courses.
The practice exams she has are horrible. I saw many students gave bad reviews. It has 2.6 stars- and she still hasn’t changed this.
Besides being highly unresponsive and taking forever to email back, I now have time to take the exam this term- tonight actually! And of course, no answer.
I’m trying to request the voucher to no avail.
