can someone explain all the phone calls on mydevice
so i’m new to start this off
during training they told me all about mydevice and they said phone calls are frequent but to just decline them. i get probably 200-300 every shift it’s extremely annoying but we persevere🫡
it’s almost always from hardlines or softlines, which i have no idea what that is. sometimes it’s other departments like toys ?? why are toys calling me? if someone in the toy department needed to talk to me why wouldn’t they just say my name over walkie or something along the lines of “i need a TM in toys”
sometimes it’ll be a name, sometimes it’ll say DC, sometimes it’ll say wireless caller
i never answer the phone in any of these but pls someone fill me in where are all these calls coming from? should i be answering the phone … i’ve never seen anybody at my target answer the phone it’s always immediate decline
