Do all big companies require 80+ in 12th to sit in placements? Is it really true then should i get a nios marksheet it will be 4 years after 10th though will it cause me any problems?

Im thinking of taking ECE in rvce which will cost me 43 LAKH where median salary is 12-13lpa and i got potential to get a good job i just need a great college as a head start (which is important not necessary tho)
Going other pvt clg with 20 LAKH fees in cse but worse placements (7-8 lpa median) or here what would u suggest ?
Im giving come£d k too and will get 8-10k rank for sure and 3-4k if gets lucky or should i take lower branch with com£dk and hope for branch change 😔
