I have 1+ year of MSP experience supporting 100+ endpoints across multiple client sites. My hands-on experience includes Jamf Pro MDM, Datto RMM/EDR, Microsoft 365 admin, device imaging, user onboarding/offboarding, and general L1/L2 support.
