Help! A customer received a bubble wrapped booster box damaged...
As the title explains, I sent out a mint booster box in bubble wrap with USPS, and the buyer is claiming there's a "tiny cut" on the side of the ETB. The box is $500, and I'm scared of a few things:
If I accept a return, how much would I lose?
If I don't accept a return, I might get a bad rating, which would bring me down to 80%.
Is this a possible scam? What if they send it back mostly resealed and claim it was the tear?
I assume this is due to USPS, but I'm not sure how, since the whole thing was wrapped beforehand. What would be an acceptable refund percentage for something like this?
