When i use the squatty potty or the toilet i can see my anterior wall through my vagina hole a couple of inches back. When i feel it, it doesn’t necessarily feel like a ball put more of a hammock coming down. Is this a grade 1 prolapse? I have never been pregnant but have chronic constipation that I am now working on fixing. Thank you for any help I have been so stressed.
