How am I supposed to pay for $2,000 worth of college essentials without receiving the $2,000 from Hagan first?
For the $2,000 supplies, clothes, and other essential items stipend: when will the stipend be issued? I have seen people say that I should keep receipts because I will have to claim the purchases as necessary to the HSF. Does this mean that they will cover my expenses after I have already paid for the items, or will they send out the stipend beforehand and require any money not used to be sent back?
