I received approval for removal. The day that happened, it locked me out. They also called my service center to schedule the removal almost another month past the time or could come out. Now trying to reset the false lockout and they are refusing to do so because I refuse to pay them money as they are now renting space in my vehicle. Now the init won't even come on leaving my boyfriend stranded. I will take it out myself but they refuse to give me back my car.
