I want to start reading the LN from ep 7, which chapter is it and in which volume?

First of all, 2.8 quest is probably one of my favorite chapter if not my favorite.

However, there's one major issue that could have been fixed : the poor writting of Promeia and Billy.
Don't get me wrong, the story used Promeia and Billy very well but the only problem is that we don't really know more about the agents involved... Promeia is supposed to be mysterious I get it, but giving short explanations about why she is like that in HER DEDICATED PATCH NOTE would have been cool.

And that's why I think the Agent Stories should come back (you can mention it in the "feedback" part of the game). The story is very good if we talk about plot, music, discussion writing and action but the major issue (and not only for this update) is the lack of personality of some characters.

Fortunately 3.x seems to involve Cissia, Billy and - maybe - Promeia with Krampus so I still have hope.
