Recoil: His quirk allows him to absorb and store kinetic energy within his muscle fibers. He can then release this stored energy through the soles of his feet to increase his speed, allowing him to run up to 180 mph. He can also release the stored energy (which requires physical impact) into specific body parts to enhance his attacks or jumps which can deliver a force comparable to a grenade explosion but without producing any shockwave.
