after confirming there were no flaws they made up flaws so they could get a refund
Like what?? They asked for a refund and I confirmed twice there were no issues and when it was confirmed I said I couldn't do a return because there were no flaws and she solely didn't like the fit and then they made up there were flaws like stains. Both items were BRAND NEW with tags and I know for sure there were no flaws.
They started support with depop and depop said the item wasn’t as described and I think she added the stains to help her case because i literally confirmed with her there were no flaws. Surely depop can see that they were lying right??
