Every single request for UGC that I have gotten has asked for complete ownership of video but unwilling to negotiate in price. Is that normal?

Hi Everyone!

I am planning on going to Date with Destiny this December (haven't bought ticket yet) here is the issue: I don't have anyone to watch the kids for that long.

Here are my options:

I could do first part of in person and the second half of week virtual. I just don't know which portion I would be ok leaving for.

OR

I bring the kids with us to Florida (expensive) but rotate with my husband watching them. Get a sitter for the evenings?

I've never been so I don't know which would be the best option! I don't want to miss any parts but these seem to be my only options. Thoughts or suggestions? Maybe a third option I haven't thought of?

If I do centerpieces for a wedding but I am not using any glassware I don't have to comeback to remove the flowers right? I can just assume the venue will throw them away? I don't usually have venues reach out with their policy before a wedding so what is the industry standard for that?
