Runway, Luno, Artcraft etc Can I get a person’s honest perspective on which is the least censored and has video upload for cameo reference?

Is there any seedance 2.0 platform that allows video upload for a “cameo” like appearance. Because although reference sheets are good, they are not as good as video uploads for better coherence.
