Receptive delays im 2.5 year old?

So my boy is 31 months old
And in daycare they told me he doesnt want loud noises( he screams a bit when he does t want something and says bye bye, to get out of the situation)
He started daycare like 10 days ago and only stays there 1-2 hours, always been home with me or his grandparents)
The teacher asked me(sorry about my english , not my native language)
She asked me , if he follows and comands, and i said yes. Cuz at home he says like:remote, gives it to me, i say: go give it to dad! He goes to his dad and gives the remote . If i say close the door , he does it!if i say, get the keys open the door, take this and throw it to the bin, wash your hands, what is this, who is this, he answers and follows simple comands okay.
He strugles with questions like: where is mommy? He will say just :mommy!
To be clear he is my first child and forst grandchild for both of our families,we always do things for him. We Dont let him struggle .
he has more than 150 words and 2-3 word phrases
Anything similar with your children. Cus im very worried dont know what to do and cant stop comparing. Any “happy endings” ?

2.5 year old speech

Hi parents!
A worried parent here !
So my boy has like 150 + words
Can say a handful of 2-3 words phrases
Like if he wants do go out . He says: stroller, coat, elevator!
No repetetive behaivor, near other toddler he is okay, but doesnt want to get involved with them , but he doesnt mind doing parallel play.
Never been to day care or pre K.
Turns head when you call him, but he is always moving, running and he doesnt have like a good eye contact,
I would say its brief.
His preceptive language is okay, not like “wooww”
When i say: get the keys open the door!
Wash your hands, lets go to the bathroom, close/open the door, take that and put it in the bin!etc..
He knows to count 1-10, knows most of the bodyparts, the colors, answers to questions with:what and who? But not question like where? Or why?
Answers to questions with no or yes.
And i get worried cuz i compare, i know i shouldnt but cant help it!
Sometimes i think he is doing great, sometimes i get sad.
Can you please tell me , if you had a experience like this. And when did the “speech explosion” happened to your kiddo

Speech delay or autism?

Please tell me parents
What is considered speech delay
For toddlers 30-31 months old
Because i see on the internet children with very advance vacabulary
And 5 phrase sentences and more . And they answer very complex questions
And i dont know what to think
My boy has more than 150 words
Can say 2-3 word phrases
But most of the time he preferes to use 1 word
For the things that he wants
Answers questions like “who is this? Or what is this”
Brief eye contact
Turns head when you call him
No repetetive behaivor
Please tell me your experience and how it turned for you
