As someone who buys skins, I have to say that I’m not happy with the current state of the shop.

I don’t mind the current skins coming to the shop, but I would really love to see more immersive skins return as well.

When I say immersive, I mean the more realistic skins that actually add immersion to the game itself, like the Barbarian’s Arreat Champion set or the Necromancer’s Servant of the Light set. They are excellent and don’t need excessive detail or particles flowing from every direction.

Again, I don’t mind them selling those ultra-fantasy armors with luxurious effects.

But is it too much to ask that they don’t forget about the players who enjoy more grounded, realistic skins that enhance the game’s internal fantasy?

Just look at what they did with the Paladin. He doesn’t have a single skin that could even be considered remotely immersive or realistic enough to add to the game’s internal lore...

The Burned Knights from Vessel of Hatred have better skins than the Paladin, and that alone feels like such a waste!

I’d love to see the Paladin with something like Diablo III’s Dark Zakarum Crusader aesthetic, or wearing armor inspired by the Cathedral of Light, something darker in a fallen-paladin style inspired by the Necromancer, or maybe even something more angelic, since we currently have nothing even close to that.

The Fallen Crusader

Once a crusader from the zakarun church now a penitent filled with unlimited rage against hell and his servants.

He can wields the light but that would be the easy end for them...
