High PTH but all these while normal calcium

I can’t tolerate magnesium now due to calcium imbalance. Cardiologist checked my heart and allow me to take some calcium but still don’t feel my body can store much calcium. Calcium always in normal low range

Just done Ultrasound as doctor want to rules out hyperparathyroid.

My magnesium store is depleted by all the B vitamin and Vitamin D I think, cramps can be from magnesium and calcium I have to guess. PTH level raises to 61 pmol (1.6-6.9) with taking 2500iu without much magnesium but last year July when I finish 5000iu two months my PTH was 2.6 (1.6-6.9). With tons of magnesium. My level was 11 ngml the highest I seen is 38 ngml still low

Right side pain is still here I suspect calcium leeching out.
Hopefully I can tolerate magnesium soon so I can up my d3 to 5000iu or even higher.

1mg of Thorne copper bisglycinate. Mild anxious after take ,manageable but felt asleep very quickly in the afternoon. Abit dizzy and I realise when I brisk walk my heart is higher than usual. 156 heart rate while walking slightly fast. My resting heart rate overnight was 56 last night

My face complexion looks better. I am actually still waiting for blood test as I suspect my zinc 15mg picolinate and tons of pumpkin seeds lower my copper and causes me to have internal shaking and cold and many other issue

Once I stop the zinc immediately I feel better. I taken my blood sample but in my country maybe I need to wait 2 weeks to get result. I’m not sure to continue this or lower to perhaps 0.5mg copper tomorrow . Can you share your experience ?

Prolonged use of doxycycline disrupted my vitamin and mineral balance, and I’ve been recovering for about 4 years. My vitamin D was very low (11 ng/mL).

Recently, I restarted zinc (15 mg) for acne and ate a lot of pumpkin seeds (also high in zinc) since I couldn’t tolerate magnesium supplements. After about a month, I developed symptoms again: cold intolerance, internal shakiness, weakness, numbness, fatigue, muscle pain, and brain fog.

I suspect excess zinc may have caused a copper imbalance. I also have low calcium despite supplementation, elevated LDL, occasional protein in urine (though kidney tests are normal), and dry eyes.

After stopping zinc, I felt better within 3 days. Now I’m unsure if I can correct this through diet alone ?

or if I need copper supplementation (2 mg bisglycinate copper from Thorne ) which I’ve already ordered.

Due to prolonged use of Antibiotics ( Doxycycline) for a long time wreck all my vitamin and minerals , it’s been 4 years I’m still recovering. Vitamin D was 11 ngml

Recently due to my acne came back again I start again zinc 15mg and due to magnesium calcium off balance I can’t take magnesium supplement so I take a lot pumpkin seeds. After one month I started to once again worsen my cold intolerance , I just feel shaky internally. Can’t exercise and weakness and numbness. I also finding weird why I supplemented calcium with d3k2 my level didn’t go up , doctor prescribed me calcium as always borderline low.

I came to realise PUMPkin seed a lot zinc as well so I might have just put the zinc and copper off balance !!!

Fatigue muscle pain ( after eating cold element food) and brain fog is my problem now. And unknown reason elevated of LDL cholesterol and unknown reason found one protein in the urine althought doctor say my kidney is in great health I’m confuse and also dry eyes and so on.

I stopped zinc immediately feel better after 3 days but can I recover by food only or if the result shows low I need copper bisglycinate 2mg ( I bought it but it will take 10 days to arrive. I thinking I can restore by food first )

Your sharing of experience and knowledge is much appreciated thanks
