Good Afternoon Good People of Reddit, I honestly need an immediate advice or intervention. My partner and I are literally on the verge of loosing it and we are trying our best not to lose hope. Right now, Even this may sound someway but we are desperately searching for a landlord or anyone willing to give us a small place to stay, we’ve been able to come up with AED 250 which we know isn’t enough to rent a place. We’re really struggling and we really don’t wanna be left without shelter by using that amount as a deposit or temporary arrangement while I urgently look for work.
We are not trying to avoid responsibility, we simply need a safe place to sleep so we can stabilize ourselves and rebuild our lives again. The fear of ending up outside with my partner has been mentally and emotionally exhausting, and I’m doing everything possible to prevent that from happening.
Once I secure a job, I am fully committed to paying and keeping up with responsibilities. We just need someone willing to give us a chance or a space during this difficult moment with the little we got.
If anyone knows of a space, small accommodation, or a kind landlord willing to help or accept what we have, please reach out. Even a small opportunity could completely change our situation right now.

My wife and I was recently laid off and have been near homeless for the past days now from sitting at parks and hotels lobbies till morning while waiting and hoping to get a new opportunity to be able to give life a shot again.
I truly feel ashamed going thru this as a trying man that involves my wife as she is a lady and failing to provide the bare minimum as the man I should be due to the destruction caused by the war in the UAE. I’m willing to take on any job / help available right now, whether it’s daily work, immediate job or assisting with anything at all, just to earn enough to get us a place to stay and cover basic needs like food, water and groceries.
If anyone has any opportunities, referrals, or can point me in the right direction, I would truly appreciate it, as even short term work would help us get back on our feet and survive. I understand everyone is dealing with a lot already with whatever that is going on and we will appreciate any effort to help save us from this situation.
