[Acne] Help, not sure if differin gel is working at all

[TLDR I don’t think the differin gel or maybe my routine as a whole is working to help my acne] I started using differin gel back on February 2nd so it’s been almost 10 weeks of my current routine (first 3 pictures are before I started this routine, last 3 pictures are taken today) and I just can’t tell if this routine is or isn’t working at all for me. Based off of looking at my before and current pictures and remembering my skin before I started this routine I do think it has gotten slightly better but not by much. My current routine is

Morning - rinse face with clean hands and water

Vani cream Moisturizer

Cera ve Sunscreen stick (I do know I need a better one)

And then for the nighttime -

Cera ve acne foaming cream face wash with 10% benzoyl peroxide

Medicube red line toner pads

Differin gel

Vani cream Moisturizer

I don’t have the capability of being able to find and meet with a dermatologist right now but I still desperately want to try to fix and get ahold of my skin however I can, I’m not sure if it would be better to give up on the differin and try tretinoin instead to help with my problems. I did also just recently switch from the generic errin progestin-only birth control onto the YAZ birth control which I am hoping not only helps my acne but a couple other things as well. Any tips or advice is so greatly appreciated!!
