Everyone says “protein + lifting” but is anyone actually consistent with it?

Every thread I read says the same thing: protein + strength training

which makes sense… but in reality I’m finding it harder to actually do consistently. Some days I barely eat, some weeks I skip strength workouts because I find it hard to get the energy and motivation.

I am curious what it actually looks like for other people in practice vs theory?

Anyone else struggling to actually stay consistent with workouts on GLP-1s?

I feel like I know what I’m supposed to be doing (lift weights, eat enough protein etc.) but actually sticking to it has been harder than I expected.

Some days I’ve got energy and it’s fine, other days I just can’t be bothered / feel a bit off.

Same with protein, I start the day with good intentions and then it just…falls apart.

Curious if it’s just me or if others are finding consistency harder while on this?
