New here and just starting to explore the EB-5 Regional Center process. Still in the early stages — researching attorneys, RC projects, and trying to understand the full roadmap before committing to anything.

Would love to hear from anyone who is currently in the middle of the RC process or has completed the journey:

• How did you find and vet your immigration attorney? Any red flags to watch out for?
• How did you evaluate and choose your RC project? What due diligence did you do?
• What do you wish you had known at the start?
• Any resources, forums, or people that really helped you along the way?
