Buttoning up a top end rebuild on my 350. I did remember accidentally tearing this wire, that was grounded to the back of the cylinder head when I pulled it out. It seems to come out of that loom and be black in color. For sure a ground, but specifically to the head? Or can I ground it to the cab?

Anyone got an idea what it could be for? 🤙🏻
