UPD: In previous post I said my spider p.sazimai started to molt. It continues more than 24 hours. She didn’t get out of her belly exoskeleton so today I helped her and kicked it out (but on top, not on bottom). Idk where her legs are (maybe under her body, but maybe in the old skeleton). If anyone has any ideas - tell me what should I do. Can I try to escape her from the exoskeleton?? Or she just take a rest??
Please give me feedback! I am worried a lot

Hello! My spider (p.sazimai) started to molt 4 hours ago. She didn’t turn on her back in previous molt, but there was a good molt. Now she didn’t turn again (look at photo). Her legs already get out of the old skeleton, but belly still there. And now she don’t move anymore. Only her belly still moving like peristaltic moves, not legs. I can’t see the progression. Can I help her get out of the skeleton? Or still wait?
