Outfit de hoy, aprovechando el frio
Amo este outfit porque no suelo usar polleras largas ni cintos pero ame el resultado! Aprovechando el otoño tan hermoso que hace, que opinas?
Por cierto la pollera es hecha desde cero

I finally gave up on trying to get a Mystic City corset and ordered a custom PVC Gemini from Timeless Trends instead!!
I’m super excited because I LOVE dramatic silhouettes and shiny PVC corsets, and honestly the Gemini seems perfect for the kind of extreme hourglass shape I want. But now I’m confused and anxious about sizing 😭
My measurements are around:
underbust: 31”
waist: 27”
high hip: 36”
low hip: 36–36.5”
I ended up ordering a size 22 because I already own a size 20 corset that TT’s calculator recommended for me, but I find it uncomfortable in the ribs. I can wear it, but it feels too tight there for my body.
The thing is… I AM actually looking for a pretty extreme reduction/snatched look, so now I’m scared the 22 might not give me the dramatic silhouette I want 😭
Originally I wanted to buy from Mystic City Corsets because I absolutely fell in love with the MCC22 aesthetic, but it became a whole nightmare honestly:
the models that fit me best were never in stock,
the owner stopped replying to my messages,
Etsy shipping made the corset around $236 total,
while on the official site it would’ve been around $190,
BUT for some reason their website literally never let me complete checkout no matter what I tried 😭
So after weeks/months of stressing over MCC22 vs MCC29 and fit issues, I impulsively ordered the Gemini custom PVC instead lol.
For people who own the Gemini:
do you think size 22 was the right choice?
will it still give a dramatic waist?
or should I have stayed with 20 despite the rib discomfort?
I’d especially love advice from people with wider ribs/high hips because I feel like that’s where most corsets become complicated for me 😭
I wear all of these skirts, I really love vintage skirts. My collection includes brands like Tripp NYC, Hell Bunny, Blood Supply, etc. If you’d like to see my full collection, let me know!
Hi! I’ve been trying to choose my first serious corset from Mystic City Corsets and I’m kind of obsessed with the MCC22 😭 I contacted the owner and she told me that the MCC22 is: longer/heavier than the MCC29, intended for more dramatic reductions, and designed more for DD–DDD bust sizes. She specifically said the bust of the size I want would probably be too large for me. The bust measurement of the corset is around 94 cm while my bust is about 84 cm. My measurements are roughly: Underbust: 31” Waist: 27” High hip: 36” Low hip: 36” Waist to lap: about 25–26 cm (shorter torso) She did NOT say it would be too long for me, mostly just that the bust would be large and that the MCC29 is smaller/more compact in the same size. The thing is… I still really love the MCC22 aesthetic 😭 I love the dramatic “armor/gothic” look much more than the softer MCC29 look. Also, my main goal honestly isn’t tightlacing or waist training. What I care about most is making outfits with it and having the corset look aesthetically beautiful on me. I really want that dramatic fantasy/gothic silhouette for styling outfits. I know the fit probably wouldn’t be technically perfect, but would it actually look BAD? Or could I make it work with: push up bras, padding, seasoning with a gap, etc? I’d especially love opinions from people with smaller busts who wore overbusts designed for fuller cups. Did the extra bust space ruin the look, or was it manageable? Also, do you think a torso around 25–26 cm waist-to-lap is too short for the MCC22 in real life? I’m trying to decide whether I should listen to the practical advice and get the MCC29… or follow my heart and get the MCC22 anyway 😭
Hi! I recently ordered the MCC29 in size 24 and now I’m overthinking everything after seeing photos of it on other people 😭
My measurements are:
Underbust: 31”
Waist: 27”
Hips: 36”
I chose the 24 because it seemed to match my measurements almost perfectly on the size chart, and I wanted something more balanced and comfortable instead of forcing a 22”.
The thing that worries me is that I’ve seen some photos/reviews where the MCC29 looks HUGE in the hips on some people, and now I’m scared it’ll look too loose or empty on me too.
Hi everyone! I just placed my very first order from Mystic City Corsets and I’m SO excited!!! 😭💖 The only issue is that their website wouldn’t let me complete my purchase, so I had to order through Etsy instead. Because of that, I ended up buying the MCC26 since the MCC22 wasn’t available there. Now I’m wondering… do you think there’s any chance they could switch my order to the MCC22 (size 24) instead? Has anyone had experience asking them to change models after placing an order? I honestly don’t see why it wouldn’t be possible to change it—especially since it even cost me $25 more than on their official website, even though the prices are supposed to be the same. That’s why I’m a bit worried 😅 Don’t get me wrong—I actually LOVE the MCC26 and I think it’s absolutely gorgeous. But the MCC22 has been my dream corset for so long, so I can’t help but wish I had gotten that one instead 🥲 Any advice or experiences would really help!! Thank you 💕
Hi! I’ve been trying for months to buy from Mystic City Corsets but I just can’t complete the purchase.
I’m from Argentina, and their website says they ship here, but when I try to check out it doesn’t work at all. I also tried buying through Etsy and ran into the exact same issue.
I’ve had similar problems with other stores before, and they were able to fix it by sending me a direct payment link—but Mystic City hasn’t replied to any of my emails.
Has anyone else experienced this or knows what I can do? Any help would be really appreciated 😭
I’m reusing a skirt I haven’t worn in forever, and honestly I don’t know why I stopped wearing it.
Best part: it has built-in shorts. I love when brands think of everything—it makes it so much more comfortable and practical to wear.
This definitely made me want to go through my closet and rediscover old pieces. Does anyone else fall back in love with clothes they forgot they had?
Would this Mystic City Corset fit for a dramatic waist reduction? Size 22
Hi! I’m thinking about buying a corset from Mystic City Corsets but I’m not sure about the sizing, so I’d really appreciate some help.
My measurements (in inches):
Bust: 33.9"
Underbust: 30.7"
Waist: 26.8"
Hips: 35.8"
I’m looking for a more dramatic, well-defined waist reduction and a clearly cinched silhouette. Does anyone with similar measurements have experience with Mystic City Corsets? Or could you suggest what size or model might work best for me?
Also, any general advice for a first corset would be really helpful!
Thanks :)
