Hi I'm giong to try the carnivore diet for 2-3 months , I'll be heading out to the airforce at some point so I don't know if it will work there if I'm in before hand but i want to give this a shot. I struggle with hunger at times especially when I'm bored / lack purpose so forth... and I kinda just eat whatever in whatever quantity not crazy amount but my patterns are not great. I think this well help reset my system possibly. Looking to see if someone could help guide me through this way of eating for the next 2-3 months and see how it goes not to be a bother. Warm regards.

My recruiter will get back to me on Monday and I'll schedule out for Meps. To be honest I took a practice test and math in general is my weakest link everything else like science was not as bad but not great, mechanical didn't know much, so forth and English I was okish it was a small practice test I took and my first one I think my score was 27 or something around there. I'm trying to aim for the best possible score I haven't made a job dream list for don't know if I should do that then study or what.. I'm looking to study with someone actaully i am a huge over thinker and shallow advice doesn't work well for me. Trying to come up with some plan I can do, maybe a relative timeline before giong to meps like 6 weeks or something, I've watched a few videos from grammar hero on fractions but there is so many vidoes and so much stuff and details I have to study I feel as tho I'm pacing super slow, poeple just say to study what u need too and give shallow advice. I'm looking to receive some actual guidance if possible. Warm regards
