A Tesla Robotaxi hit my partner’s parked car

At 3:25am, a Tesla Robotaxi hit my partner’s car that was parked on the street in front of our house. Back left door is pretty smashed in and the car was pushed so the front was out in the street and back tire was against the storm drain. They left a card to file a claim but every time we’ve tried there has been an error submitting it, with no clear reason.

Has anyone dealt with a Robotaxi hitting their car? Or filing a claim with Tesla?

We took a bunch of pictures and filed a report online with the police.

Seats reserved for Waymo officials sat empty during a public meeting where city officials said as many as five of its robotaxis interfered with ambulances during a mass shooting on West Sixth Street.

Public safety officials described several incidents involving Waymo robotaxis during the city meeting, including that four or five Waymo robotaxis reportedly blocked the response corridor set up for ambulances responding to the March 1 shooting that left three dead and at least 13 injured.

At least if there is a driver and we get hit, I can blame the driver. How stupid would I feel if I get hit in that contraption and the driver seat is empty? Yeah. I would be in the idiot in the car without a driver getting yelled at by the other car when I was just there for a ride.
