I’m looking to rent an apartment around the corner between the Franklin St and E Walnut St. I’m not familiar with this area at all. The place is a two-story end-unit row house. I’d be on the second floor. The first floor is currently occupied by a barber shop. Please advise me about the safety and noise level of this area. Thank you!

I’m looking to buy cheap fresh flowers, bouquets, bouquets on sale regularly. Can be individual flowers or grouped in bouquets. Quality does not matter much to me. If bouquets, they do not need to be wrapped nicely. Just cheap fresh flowers really. Thank you!
