You just moved to a new city and don’t know anyone, what’s the smartest first step to start building a social circle?

Imagine you’re new in town and starting from scratch socially. No friends, no family nearby and you don’t know the local spots yet. What’s the first move you’d make to start meeting people and building connections??

Some days I’m frustrated with the weight struggles, the acne flare-ups and the unpredictable cycles. I always remind myself it’s not my fault... it’s a condition that affects so many of us, even if it looks different for everyone..

managing PCOS isn’t just about medication or diet, it’s about patience, self-compassion and finding routines that actually feel sustainable. (rn im trying my best to complete my 10k steps/day) Still, it can feel isolating when people don’t understand how much it impacts everyday life.

heeey ladies, how do you cope with the ups and downs? :( what’s helped u feel more in control or less alone in this journey?
