I am playing to join Civil Branch Here At NIT Rourkela, i want some reviews from you guys.

I am getting ECE ,EE, Mechanical and Civil At JSR , but my interest is in civil because of psu and govt jobs also my maths is very weak , how is civil there at JSR ?? Should i choose civil over ece or ee - is it a bad decision ?? pls help
