Parent uses the shower like a bidet….forces others to use the shower, is that a type of offense or legal action?

If a parent uses the Shower as a bidet,
Dosnt wipe….. uses the shower as a bidet, and parents YELL at the children and FORCE them to use the same shower the parents washes poop off their rear…
Is that an offense?
