Friday I was contacted on LinkedIn by a Deloitte recruiter, set up a talk for Monday and then quickly had all 3 interviews in one morning. It's a manager level role and I bring strong experience ima niche sector. I was surprised to interview so quickly. All 3 people were really nice and the role sounds interesting.

Then I go online and see so many people's comments about how it's all bill bill bill, lots of PTO but hard to use it. Also seems like it might require lots of travel hours. I value a meaningful interesting career but also value my personal time.

Salary range on the role sure sounded nice. Now it's the waiting game but am unsure what to think atm assuming an offer comes in
