Chin/jaw filler question

I’m turning 32 this summer and I’ve had chin filler before, but my injector only added filler to the center/front of my chin. I liked the improvement, but I still feel like from certain angles my chin looks a little narrow and I still notice some shadowing around the chin/lower face area.

I’ve been looking into chin shadow filler and I’m also wondering about lateral chin filler placement. For people familiar with facial balancing, in situations like this, is it more common to add a little filler to the sides of the chin instead of just continuing to project the front forward?

I’m mainly trying to understand what tends to create a softer, more balanced result structurally — a bit more width on the sides, more projection in the center, or a combination of both.

Question about chin shadow filler + lateral chin filler placement for better defined jaw.

Would love to hear experiences from people who had center-only chin filler first and later added lateral filler.

Had chin filler before but only in the center — would lateral/shadow chin filler make a big difference?

I’m turning 32 this summer and I’ve had chin filler before, but my esthetician mainly placed it only in the center of my chin. Lately I’ve been wondering if I’d benefit more from adding a little filler laterally/on the sides of the chin for more width and structure, plus maybe a tiny bit more projection in the front.

I feel like from certain angles my chin still looks a little narrow or not fully balanced with the rest of my face. I’ve also started noticing normal aging changes around my lower face/laugh lines, so I’m trying to figure out if improving the chin structure could help the overall harmony a bit before I consider anything else like DAO Botox or a Nefertiti lift later on.

For people who know more about facial balancing — does adding filler to the sides of the chin usually make a noticeable difference compared to only filling the center? Did lateral chin filler help your profile/jawline look more balanced or defined?

I am going to a plastic surgery office in July with a
Board-certified NP. I am debating between 1ml vs 2ml of filler. My previous injector used Versa. The new injector uses Juvederm Voluma, Restylane Lyft/Defyne. Not sure which one yet.

I’ve been considering a conservative rhinoplasty, but I’m on the fence because I actually like the character of my nose from one side. On the other side, the bridge and tip feel a bit different, and I’m wondering if a refinement would help the overall balance. I am scared of changing my nose too much. Only at certain angles my nose looks different. I have quite full lips and round chin, so my main concern is whether changing my nose would throw off my existing facial harmony.
