I recently applied for a role at Citi. My screening round was completed, and I also gave my first interview. The status is currently showing as Business Review.

For anyone who has gone through Citi’s hiring process recently, how long did it usually take to hear back after the first interview? Also, does “Business Review” generally mean the team is still evaluating candidates, or is it more of a standard status before a decision?

I know timelines can vary by role, team, and location, but I’d appreciate hearing about others’ experiences, especially how long it took to receive either a rejection, next-round invite, or offer update.

I recently got my HPI Visa and decided to take the leap. Hoping I made the right decision xD

I’d love to hear from others who are also on the HPI visa, have moved to the UK through this route, or are considering applying.
